We've created this FAQ page to help answer some of the questions you may have. But if you want to ask a question that isn't answered here then please feel free to contact us, our details are on the contact page. Why are your prices so affordable? We offer a no frills service, which means that everything is kept simple. You get the important bits such as great service and fantastic images, but you're not paying for those extra little bits that add to the cost, which makes us perfect for a budget conscious couple. What areas do you cover? We cover Northampton, Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Warickshire & Leicestershire. Weddings outside Northamptonshire may incur a small travel expense. How many images do we get? Your online gallery normally contains between 150 - 600 images, depending on the length of time you've chosen for the photographers attend your wedding. CD's Contain all of the Hi-res images on your gallery. Albums contain between 30-60 images. The print package contains 150-195 (depending on your package) 7"x5" or 7.5"x5" prints. How much deposit do we pay? Deposit is £150, this is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 1 month before the wedding. Can I see a sample of the kind of album and photos I'll be getting? Of course you can! Just make an appointment for us to come and see you and we'll be happy to show you what the finished items look like. How far in advance can we book? As long as you like! How do we book? You can book an appointment for us to cmae and see you, or you can book entirely over the phone/by email. If you decide to choose us as your wedding photographers then you will need to fill in a booking form/contract and pay the deposit, at which point your booking is secure. How long after my wedding can I see my images? Images take around 2 weeks to edit and put on to your online gallery. Can my family/guests see/buy my images? Yes, we can provide cards with your gallery log-in details to your guests at the wedding, or if you prefer you can let them know your gallery details. Your guests can then browse the gallery and can buy prints straight from the website. What Payment Types to you accept? For wedding packages we accept cheque or cash. For online print orders we accept cheque or card payment (through Paypal).
